What I enjoy:

• discovering new industries and problems
• iterative development - with frequent feedback and direct evaluation with end users
• open source - I try to develop out in open as much as possible
• direct communication
• small teams
• documentation and tests
• feedback - frequent and even harsh

What I dont enjoy:

• rigidity
• corporate culture
• Microsoft Teams, One drive etc.
• not being involved in decisions and design and being kept out of the loop.
